It’s my policy never to represent both the buyer and the seller on the same property. This allows me to exclusively represent my sellers and avoid any conflict of interest. Only by doing so can I negotiate the best possible real estate transaction for my clients.

I will provide expert advice to help you determine if, in addition to improving curb appeal, eliminating clutter and deep cleaning, there are additional steps such as staging, painting, investing in professional landscaping, updating or remodeling the kitchen that would provide a good return on investment.
I am an Accredited Staging Professional and provide basic staging to my clients at no charge, using their own furniture and supplementing with my own accessories. For vacant homes requiring full staging or updating and repairs, my full concierge services feature access to my team and extensive business directory with a comprehensive resource list of professional trades people, including contractors, stagers, painters, and landscapers who are ready to help my sellers achieve the highest value for their home.

In today’s challenging market, sellers need expert guidance in setting the asking price of their home so that it accurately reflects the true value of the property under current market conditions. I excel at conducting thorough market research and analyzing market trends and comparable sales, leveraging my in depth knowledge of Marin’s neighborhoods and micro-markets.

Following a step by step, top of the line marketing plan for all of my listings, I strategically position properties by maximizing their visibility through traditional (local newspapers and magazines) and Internet and mobile device marketing (including virtual tours and videos).

My premium marketing plan helps you obtain the maximum exposure that results in the maximum price: your listing will be published on 56 websites and you will be able to track how many page views your listing receives from each of the 56 web portals.
