What can you expect when working with our Relocation Department? Exceptional service and follow-through!

If you are planning to buy outside of the immediate area:           

Our Relocation Director will contact you to find out where you will be relocating and what type of home you’d like to purchase. She will then find an experienced, knowledgeable agent that sells in that area.            

You will be able to interview as many agents as necessary to find the perfect match for you. Your agent will then email you listings to review prior to your traveling to the new location.            

Five days after you and the agent have been in contact, we will follow up to insure things are going smoothly. It is our goal to keep your move as stress-free as possible.

If you have a home or property to sell outside of the immediate area:           

Our Relocation Director can provide you with the contact information of three seasoned agents who have sold homes in your neighborhood. This will allow you to get different points of view on pricing and marketing your home.           

Once you have chosen an agent, we will take care of notifying those who were not selected.            

After you have listed your home, we will follow up every 30 days to ensure everything is going smoothly.
