Beginning this weekend, Marin ferry riders using the electronic Clipper system will have to fork over 10 percent more to ride the boats.
The increase takes the one-way fares from $4.40 to $4.85 on the Sausalito ferry and from $5.15 to $5.70 in Larkspur. The move is part of a larger plan the district has to cut its $89 million, five-year deficit.
